Google Gmail Data Access
LeadWoo uses Google OAuth to connect a user’s Gmail account only after
the user gives explicit permission.

Gmail Send Access: LeadWoo requests Gmail send permission
to send outreach emails from the user’s connected Gmail account. Emails are
sent only based on user-created campaigns, user actions, or user-approved
automation.

Gmail Read-Only Access: LeadWoo requests Gmail read-only
permission to check inbox, spam, and email threads for reply detection,
bounced email detection, campaign response tracking, and stopping follow-up
sequences when a prospect replies.

Gmail Data We May Access: sender and recipient email
addresses, subject lines, timestamps, thread IDs, labels or folders such as
Inbox, Sent, and Spam, and message content only when required for reply
detection, bounce detection, or campaign tracking.

How We Use Gmail Data: to send outreach emails, detect
replies, stop automated follow-ups, identify bounced or failed emails, and
update campaign status inside the LeadWoo dashboard.

Data Sharing: LeadWoo does not sell Gmail data and does not
use Gmail data for advertising. Gmail data is not shared with third parties
except as required to provide the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or
with the user’s explicit consent.

Human Access: LeadWoo team members do not read Gmail message
content unless required for support, debugging, security, legal compliance,
or with explicit user permission.

Retention and Deletion: Users can disconnect Gmail access at
any time. Once Gmail is disconnected, LeadWoo stops accessing the Gmail
account. Users can request deletion of stored Gmail-related data by contacting
support.

Google API Limited Use Disclosure: LeadWoo’s use and
transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google
API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
LinkedIn Authentication & Cookie Usage (Chrome Extension)
The LeadWoo Chrome Extension collects LinkedIn authentication cookies only
to securely connect your LinkedIn session with your LeadWoo account.
- Cookies are collected only from LinkedIn domains.
